John Polosky

Currently the owner and Managing Partner of Connect Catalyst I am bringing over 25 years of experience in sales and sales management in Healthcare Consumables, Medical Device and Pharmaceuticals to my recruiting business. Through my vast experience I understand the qualities needed to be successful in each of these areas.

During my career I was a sales representative and Regional Manager for Vestal Laboratories, Calgon Vestal Laboratories, ConvaTec, STERIS Corp and Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals. Over the years, I’ve developed a very successful sales force and have promoted several members of my teams to sales and product management. I understand the hiring process from both sides of the desk and commit to bringing the process to a satisfying and mutually beneficial conclusion.

I have been trained in the consultative sales process and have a strong belief in it. Communication is the key to any successful endeavor. I became a recruiter because of my experiences in the past where the communication was brief and very one-sided. The process that I follow involves a high level of communication and periodic “checks” to make sure we are on the correct path for both parties involved.
